CARTS RFQ-2025-142-Flatonia

Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) is soliciting proposals for the selection of a Comprehensive Design, Architecture, Engineer and Planning Firm to provide professional services for the planning and design through construction documents of a new CARTS Intermodal Station in Flatonia, Texas.

Request for Qualifications documents will be available on the CARTS Procurement Website beginning at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2024. The Procurement Website can be found at https://ridecarts.weebly.com/rfq-flatonia.html .

A pre-proposal conference (not mandatory but recommended) will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 23, 2024 at CARTS, 5300 Tucker Hill Lane, Cedar Creek, Texas.

Proposals will be evaluated on cost, qualifications, experience, the quality and content of the submittal.
