The Customer Service Agent will perform activities in accordance with CARTS standards for providing excellent customer service to the public about transportation.
Across our region, CARTS provides many types of transit services such as paratransit, fixed-route, on-demand, and intercity.
The type of service determines the Texas Driver License that will be needed for a given Driver position. CARTS employs CDL and Non-CDL Drivers.
Various positions (with different requirements) may be available at each worksite location.
