Capital Area Rural Transportation System (CARTS) is soliciting proposals for Qualifications leading to the selection of a Comprehensive Design, Architecture and Engineering Firm to provide professional services for the Planning and Design through Construction Closeout of the expansion of the existing Bastrop Station park-and-ride facility located in Bastrop, Texas.

Request for Qualifications documents will be available on the CARTS Procurement Website beginning at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 11, 2025. The Procurement Website can be found at https://ridecarts.weebly.com/procurement.html .

A pre-proposal conference (not mandatory but recommended) will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at CARTS, 5300 Tucker Hill Lane, Cedar Creek, Texas.

Proposals will be evaluated on cost, qualifications, experience, the quality and content of the submittal.
