Customer Service Agent – Elgin
The Ticket Agent provides information and ticket sales to the public and performs general office tasks. This position will assist customers with transportation services provided by CARTS, Capital Metro, and Greyhound.
Drivers
Across our region, CARTS provides many types of transit services such as paratransit, fixed-route, on-demand, and intercity. The type of service determines the Texas Driver License that will be needed for a given Driver position. Various positions (with different requirements) may be available at each worksite location.
