GoGeo is a wheelchair-accessible fixed route service for the citizens of Georgetown and it's visitors. GoGeo operates on a regular fixed route time schedule. Buses depart from and arrive at the library. The library is also the point of transfer between routes. The buses circulate, or repeat service every 30 minutes. The buses provide service Monday thru Friday, 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm year round.
Who can Ride?
All Georgetown residents are encouraged to take advantage of this service. Paratransit service are also available to qualified people with disabilities.
How to Ride?
Board the bus at any bus stop sign. To get off at your destination pull the cord. If you are mobility impaired the driver will assist you.
Where to collect the bus pass?
Passes can be purchased with exact change on the bus or at the Georgetown Public Library at 402 W. Eighth St.
What does it Cost?
An unlimited day pass for GoGeo is $2. Seniors age 65 and older, individuals who are disabled, veterans and active military, and students with ID age 12 and younger ride for reduced $1 day pass. Children 12 or younger with a full-fare rider can ride GoGeo for free.
