Please use the form to cancel your ride. Rides cancelled within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No-Show and be subject to the CARTS No-Show policy. Once a ride has been cancelled CARTS may not be able to reinstate the ride as the ride slot on the bus route may be given to another passenger.
