Capital Metro is offering you a free Local Day pass -- so you can spend more time celebrating this special event and less time finding parking.

Capital Metro is making it easier than ever to try transit. Simply sign up for a DIGITAL Day Pass (above) and we'll send you a free Local Day Pass via the CapMetro App.

Routes 4, 17 and 217 serve the area.

Guests can also use Capital Metro’s Pickup service if they’re located in the East ATX service zone. If using the Pickup service, please asked to be taken to the East Side Plaza Groundbreaking. 

You can also use Givens Park as a park and ride. 

Thanks to our partnership with the City of Austin's Parks and Recreation Department, customers can park at Given's Park to use the Pickup service.  There are 175 parking spaces available there, plus street parking on 12th St.
