Medicaid Services

CARTS is the Transportation Provider for medical transportation services for Service Area 12 provided under Medicaid and administered by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).

Area 12 includes the City of Austin and all of the CARTS District plus Llano County. These services are free and can be arranged through HHSC call centers.
