Holiday Closures
CARTS will be closed, with no service operating, in accordance with this holiday schedule. If the holiday falls on a Saturday it will be observed on the preceding Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday it will be observed on the following Monday.

Bus Route Holiday Schedules
CARTS Community Transit Routes will be closed per the published Holiday Schedules.
Interurban Coach Routes will operate on December 23, 26 & January 2. The routes will not run on Saturday’s or Sunday’s per the normal schedule.
San Marcos Municipal (CAT) and Bastrop Municipal Bus (CAT) will run on December 23. These routes will not operate on December 26 & January 2.
Metro Connector Routes (Georgetown, Elgin & Bastrop) will run on December 23. These routes will not operate on December 26 and January 2.
Medicaid Transportation Routes will operate according to the Department of Human Services Scheduled Holiday Hours for information call 1-877-633-8747 to schedule a ride.
